Ki67、P16、Her\|2在乳腺癌中的表达及其意义和相关性

摘要：目的研究乳腺癌、良性腺瘤、瘤旁正常乳腺组织中Ki67、P16、Her\|2的表达和病理生物学行为的关系、联合检测Ki67、P16抗原和Her\|2的表达对预后评估、治疗方案的制定具有实际意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测70例乳腺癌、15例乳腺纤维腺瘤、15例瘤旁正常乳腺组织Ki67、P16、Her\|2基因蛋白的表达。结果乳腺癌中Ki67、Her\|2和P16蛋白阳性表达率分别为685%、302%和471%，并且Ki67、Her\|2的表达与P16呈负相关（P＜001）。P16基因蛋白的表达与乳腺癌分期、淋巴结转移有关；Ki67基因蛋白的表达与乳腺癌分期有关，与淋巴结转移无关；Her\|2基因蛋白的表达与乳腺癌分期无关，与淋巴结转移有关。结论三种基因表达联合检测为乳腺癌治疗、预后评估、随访提供依据。
