MCM7、Her-2、VEGF在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达及其意义

摘要：

目的研究乳腺癌、乳腺腺瘤、瘤旁正常乳腺组织中MCM7、Her\|2、VEGF的阳性表达情况，分析MCM7、Her\|2、VEGF与乳腺癌病理特征的关系及三者在乳腺癌组织中的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测70例乳腺癌、15例乳腺纤维腺瘤、15例瘤旁正常乳腺组织标本中MCM7、Her\|2、VEGF的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中MCM7、Her\|2、VEGF阳性表达率分别为857%、300%和671%，均明显高于良性对照组织中的阳性表达率（P＜001），且在乳腺癌组织中三者的阳性表达呈正相关；MCM7、VEGF的阳性表达与乳腺癌临床分期和淋巴结转移有关，Her\|2的阳性表达与乳腺癌临床分期无关，而与淋巴结转移有关。结论MCM7、Her\|2、VEGF是判断乳腺癌预后的重要指标，联合检测其阳性表达情况可为乳腺癌治疗和预后评估提供依据。

Abstract: Objective To study MCM7、Her\|2 and VEGF expression in the breast cancer,benign adenomas,peritumoral normal breast tissueTo analyze the relationship between MCM7、Her\|2 and VEGF and pathological biological feature,and among the three in breast cancerMethodsMCM7、Her\|2 and VEGF proteins expression were detected with immunohistochemical SP in 70 specimen of breast cancer,15 specimen of mammary gland fiber adenoma and 15 specimen of peritumoral normal breast tissueResultsThe positive rate of MCM7、Her\|2 and VEGF expression in breast cancer be 857%,302% and 625% respectively were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜001) and positively correlatedMCM7、VEGF expression were associated with breast cancer staging and lymph node metastasis; Her\|2 expression were associated with the lymph node metastasis and have nothing to do with breast cancer stagingConclusionMCM7,her2,and VEGF are important indexes of the prognosis in breast cancerUnited detection MCM7、Her\|2 and VEGF expression could provide the basis for assessment of treatment and prognosis
