肺炎支原体感染患儿淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白的检测分析

摘要：

摘要：目的 观察肺炎支原体（MP）感染患儿细胞免疫与体液免疫的变化情况，以便为MP感染患儿的免疫治疗提供依据。方法对18例确诊为MP感染患儿（MP感染组）和20例非MP感染的其他疾病患儿（对照组）采用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群情况，并采用速率散色比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果MP感染组外周血中CD+3、CD+4细胞的百分率较对照组明显降低（P＜005），而NK细胞的百分率明显升高（P＜005）；MP感染组血清中IgG 和IgA含量与对照组比较无明显差异（P＞005），但IgM含量明显高于对照组（P＜005）。结论MP感染时患儿的免疫功能会有不同程度的下降。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of cell immunity and humoral immunity in the children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)and lay the foundation for immune therapyMethodsIn 18 children with MP(infection group)and 20 healthy children(control group),peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected using flow cytometry and immunoglobulin IgG,IgA,IgM content in serum were detected with the rate of scattered turbidimetryResultsThe percentage of CD+3 ,CD+4 cells in peripheral blood of MP children decreased significantly(P＜0.05)compared with the control group,the percentage of NK cell was increased significantly(P＜ 0.05);IgG,IgA content in serum of MP children has no obviously difference(P＞0.05)compared with control group,while IgM content was increased significantly(P＜0.05)ConclusionImmune function in children infected with mycoplasma will reduce to varying degrees
