超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术治疗内痔的临床疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术(DG\|HAL)治疗内痔的疗效。方法将50例Ⅰ~Ⅲ期内痔患者分为两组各25例，治疗组采用 DG\|HAL,对照组采用传统内痔结扎术，对比观察两组治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗组与对照组的治愈率、近期复发率分别为 83%、12%和 84%、8%，差异无统计学意义(P＞005)；治疗组术后住院时间明显短于对照组，而术后首次排便时疼痛、通畅度、出血、便后肛缘水肿等评分明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜001)。结论采用DG\|HAL治疗Ⅰ~Ⅲ期内痔，具有手术操作简单、并发症少、疼痛程度轻、恢复时间短、安全系数高等优点。

Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of doppler\|guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation(DG\|HAL)for internal hemorrhoidsMethods50 cases of internal hemorrhoids from Ⅰto Ⅲ stage were divided into two groups25 cases in the therapeutic group were treated by DG\|HAL,and 25cases in the control groups were treated by conventional internal hemorrhoids ligationResultsThe cure rates of the therapeutic group and the control groups were 83% and 12%(P＞005),respectivelyThe recurrence rates were 84% and 8%,respectively(P＞005)But there were significant difference in aspects of postoperative pain,hospital stay and postoperative complications between the two groups(P＜ 001)ConclusionDG\|HAL is a simple and safe method with fewer complications,less pain and more quickly recovery for internal hemorrhoids
