Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladderMethodsRetrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 90 cases of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder and 104 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May 2007 to February 2011,the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospital cost and complications of two groups were statistically analyzedResultsLaparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder was better than laparoscopic cholecystectomy group on operation time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay,hospital cost,postoperative complications (P<005)ConclusionEligible patients with laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of gallbladder with less trauma,quicker recovery,lower hospital costs,fewer complications advantages,is worthy of clinical application
