帕罗西汀与舍曲林治疗原发性早泄的临床应用对比观察

摘要：

摘要：目的对比观察帕罗西汀与舍曲林治疗原发性早泄（PE）的临床效果，以探寻治疗原发性PE疗效相对稳定的药物。方法对88例入选的原发性PE患者采用国际勃起功能评分表和中国PE患者性功能评价表进行病情评估，然后分为观察组41例与对照组47例，分别口服帕罗西汀20 mg与舍曲林50 mg,1次/日，共6周,疗程结束后分别进行疗效评估并观察药物的副作用。结果治疗6周后，帕罗西汀能够显著延长PE患者的射精潜伏时间，患者的性满意度等指标显著改善。结论帕罗西汀治疗原发性PE较舍曲林更安全有效，疗效稳定，副作用低。

Abstract:Objective To explore more stable medicines to treat primary premature ejaculation(PE)by compared the efficacy of paroxetine and sertralineMethods88 patients of PE were evaluated with the international index of erectile function table(IIEF\|5)and Chinese patients with PE index of sexual function(CIPE)and were devided into 41 cased in the treatment group and 47 cases in the control groupParoxetine,20 mg and sertraline,50mg were oral administration respectively and 1 time a day,a total of six weeksThe effect and drug side effects were evaluated and comparedResultsAfter 6 weeks' treatment,paroxetine could more significantly prolong IELT of the patients with PE,sexual satisfactions were more improved significantly compared with the patients in the sertraline groupConclusionParoxetine is safe and effective for PE patients,with stable efficacy and low side effect
