原发性输尿管癌36例的诊断与分析

摘要：目的探讨提高原发性输尿管癌的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析1995年2月至2011年12月收治的36例原发性输尿管癌的临床诊治经过。结果36例术后病理检查均证实为输尿管癌。本病的主要症状有肉眼血尿、腰痛、病变侧肾积水等。膀胱镜检加逆行肾盂输尿管造影、输尿管镜检查为重要的诊断手段，联合应用各项检查可提高早期诊断率。行患侧肾、输尿管全切及膀胱袖状切除是该病首选术式。结论要提高原发性输尿管癌的术前诊断正确率，需密切结合临床表现，合理、综合地应用各项辅助检查。

Abstract: Objective To improve the diagnosis of Primary ureteral carcinoma.Methods We conducted a retrospective study of 36 cases during the past 16 years from Feb 1995 to Dec 2011,different diagnostic methods were evaluated.ResultsThe diagnosis of 36 cases was corfirmed by pathological examination after operation,The main symptoms were hematuria,waist ache hydronephrosis,It was considered that cystoscopy and retrograde pyeloureterography,ureteroscopy were the most important approaches.Radical nephroureterectomy and cuff resection of bladder mucosa should be the first choice of treatment.ConclusionThe rational application of these methods with attention to symptoms and sign were keys to improve accuracy of diagnosis.
