1年中临床鲍曼不动杆菌分布检测分析

摘要：目的了解近期临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药性，为各科室抗感染治疗及合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用常规细菌培养方法,从临床各种送检标本中分离细菌，以Micro\|Scan auto SCAN4微生物分析系统鉴定菌种并进行体外药物敏感试验。结果2011年7月至2012年6月1年中,共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌141株，临床科室分布以呼吸内科、重症医学科、心血管内科、普外科、烧伤科为主，标本分布以痰（61.0%）为主，其次为伤口分泌物（7.8%）、咽拭子（7.%）。对鲍曼不动杆引起的感染扩散2012年施行两次控制，第二次比第一次控制效果好。鲍曼不动杆菌对14种抗菌药物的耐药率均大于50%以上，且多重耐药和泛耐药菌株共占73%。结论鲍曼不动杆菌对临床上常用药物耐药严重，应加强药敏监测，并建立切实有效的感染控制措施，阻断多重耐药和泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的传播。

Abstract:Objective To understand the drug resistance of the acinetobacter baumanmii isolated in clinical in the near future and to provide with the basis of anti\|infective treatment and reasonable antibiotic drug use in every department recentlyMethods Routine culture method was used to isolate and culture germ acinetobacter baumanmii,Micro\|Scan auto SCAN4 was used to identify and test drug sensitivityResults One hundred\|forty\|one strains of Acinetobacter baumanmii was isolated from July in 2011 to June in 2012,it was detected mostly at respiratory medicine,Intensive Care Unit,cardiovascular medicine,general surgery and burn injury,and mostly in sputum(61.0%),followed by wound secretion(7.8%)and pharyngal swab(7.1%)The twice controls of infection was effective this year,and the second was better than the firstThe resistance rate of 14 types of antibiotics was all more than 50%,Multi\|drug resistant and pan\|drug resistant were accounted for 73%Conclusion The resistance condition of Acinetobacter baumanmii in clinical was serious,we should strengthen the monitoring of Acinetobacter baumanmii resistance and build the effective control measure to infection to cut off the spread of the Multi\|drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanmii and pan\|drug resistant Acinetobacter baumanmii.
