Abstract: Objective To evaluate the application value of non\|manual,pollution proof and duct blocking sputum ejectorMethods Six\|four tracheotomy offline patients were chosen as study objects,with group A using this “sputum ejector” and group B routine sputum absorbingRR,AMP,HR,PaO2,PaCO2,online time,pulmonary infection rates and secondary respirator using rates between two groups were comparedResults RR,AMP,HR,PaO2,PaCO2,and secondary respirator using rates had no significant differences (P>0.05),while pulmonary infection rates andical staffs labor intensityOnline time did have significant differences (P<0.05)Conclusion This sputum ejector had advantages such aspreventing pulmonary infection,not affecting BP and HR, not reducing O2 and heotomy autonomous breathing patientsPCO2 storageIt could be safely applied to non\|manual sputum ejection and duct blocking exercises for trac.
