阿托伐他汀对短暂性脑缺血发作患者血流变及红细胞参数的影响观察

摘要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀对短暂性脑缺血发作患者血流变及红细胞参数的影响。方法选取2011年1月至2012年5月于本院进行治疗的46例短暂性脑缺血发作患者为研究对象，将其根据随机数字表法分为对照组（常规治疗组）和观察组（常规治疗加阿托伐他汀组）每组23例，将两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、4周的血流变指标和红细胞参数进行统计比较。结果观察组治疗后2周及4周血流变指标、MCH、RDW、MCV、HCT及MCHC均低于对照组，而治疗后4周则低于治疗后2周，P均＜005，差异有统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀对短暂性脑缺血发作患者血流变及红细胞参数的影响较大，对于改善患者的疾病状态发挥着积极的作用。


Abstract: Objective To study the influence of Atorvastatin for the hemorheology indexes and erythrocyte parameters of patients with transient ischemic attackMethods Forty six patients with transient ischemic attack in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2012 were selected as research object，and they were divided into control group（routine treatment group）and observation group（routine treatment and atorvastatin group）with 23 cases in each group according to random number table，then the hemorheology indexes and erythrocyte parameters of two groups before and after the treatment at second and forth week were analyzed and comparedResults The hemorheology indexes of observation group after the treatment at second and forth week were all lower than those of control group，MCH，RDW，MCV，HCT and MCHC were all lower than those of control group too，all P＜005，there were all significant differencesConclusion The influence of Atorvastatin for the hemorheology indexes and erythrocyte parameters of patients with transient ischemic attack is bigger，and it plays an active role in improving the disease state of patients
