老年原发性高血压合并腔隙性脑梗塞与血压变异性的相关性研究

摘要：目的探讨老年原发性高血压（EH）合并腔隙性脑梗塞(LI)与血压变异性(BPV)的相关性。方法对40例EH患者、40例EH合并LI患者进行24 h动态血压监测，计算24 h平均收缩压(ASBP)、平均舒张压(ADBP)、收缩压变异性(SBPV)及舒张压变异性(DBPV)，同时检测甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结果甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇，两组差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，而梗塞组的SBPV及DBPV均明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论老年原发性高血压患者中腔隙性脑梗死的发生与血压变异性有关。

Abstract: Objective To explore the characteristics of blood pressure variability in old patients with essential hypertension complicated with lacunar infarction.Methods Ambulatory blood pressure were studied by 24\|hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor in 40 cases of EH and 40 cases of EH with lacunar infarctionThe SBPV and DBPV were calculated respectivelyThe triglyceride(TG)，total cholesterol(TC)and low\|density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL\|C)were detectedResults The parameters of TG，TC，LDL\|C had no significant differences(P＞0.05)between the two groupsWhile the parameters of BPV in EH with LI group were significantly higher than those of EH group(P＜0.01)Conclusion There were significant correlation between blood pressure variability and lacunar infarction in old patients with essential hypertension.
