“2×6” 方丝弓矫治技术结合平面导板方法矫治安氏Ⅱ2错牙合疗效分析

摘要：目的分析“2×6”方丝弓矫治技术结合平面导板方法矫治恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ2错牙合的疗效。方法对2005—2009年在我科就诊的24例安氏Ⅱ2患儿，采用“2×6”方丝弓矫治技术结合平面导板矫治方法，并对矫治前后患儿X线头影测量结果进行分析。结果矫治后，FMA角、U1\|SN角、U1\|NA距、L1\|NB距分别增加了4.3°、9.5°、3.8 mm、3.9 mm，FMIA角、U1\|L1角分别减少4.5°、9.0°，与矫治前比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论“2×6”方丝弓矫治技术结合平面导板方法矫治恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ2错牙合临床效果明显，是一种较为理想的矫治方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the efficacy of 2×6 party silk bow correctional technology combined with flat bite plate therapy on malocclusion of Angle class Ⅱdivision 2.MethodsTwenty\|four cases of Angle class Ⅱdivision 2 in our department from 2005 to 2009 were treated with 2×6 party silk bow correctional technology combined with flat bite plate,and the results measured with X\|ray cephalometric were analyzed before and after the treatment.ResultsAfter correction,FMA angle,U1\|SN angle,U1\|NA distance,L1\|NB distance increased 4.3,9.5,3.8mm,3.9mm respectively,FMIA angle,U1\|L1 angle reduced 4.5,9 respectively,and the difference had statistical significance between before and after correction(P＜0.01).Conclusion2×6 party silk bow correctional technology combined with flat bite plate therapy on malocclusion of Angle class Ⅱdivision 2 have remarkable efficacy and is an ideal treatment method.
