Abstract:ObjectiveTo further explore the clinical actual effect in our hospital for quality care of oral infection after tooth extractionMethods202 cases of oral tooth extraction in patients hospitalized in our hospital from November 2007 to November 2012 were chosen as the research objectThe clinical data for patients was taken for retrospective analysis,and the clinical effects of different care measures were taken for comparative analysisResultsAfter different care measures for the two groups of patients and comparison of the total efficiency rate,the effect of high-quality care patients was significantly higher than usual care patientsAfter different care measures,the anxiety state score results averaged some degree of improvement between the two groups,quality care patients state anxiety score results were significantly lower than usual care patients with anxiety state score results,P<005,the difference was statistically significantConclusionThe clinical effect for postoperative quality care measures for oral tooth in our hospital is significant,is a safe and reliable choice for prevention of oral infection after tooth extraction
