消痔灵注射液治疗完全性直肠脱垂患者的临床应用分析

摘要：目的研究消痔灵注射液治疗完全性直肠脱垂的疗效。方法将本院收治的完全性直肠脱垂患者按治疗方法分成两组，对照组采用缝线固定术治疗，观察组采用消痔灵注射液进行双层四步注射法治疗。比较两组患者间疗效差异及术后第1、7天疼痛、便血、瘙痒、水肿评分差异。结果经过手术治疗后，观察组治愈率和好转率优于对照组，总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜005）；术后第1天，观察组瘙痒评分、水肿评分和完全性直肠脱垂症状总分显著低于对照组（P＜005），术后第7天观察组症状总分及疼痛评分、便血评分、瘙痒评分、水肿评分均显著低于对照组（P＜005）。结论消痔灵注射液双层四步注射法治疗完全性直肠脱垂的疗效优于缝线固定术。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the efficacy for Xiaozhiling injection in the patients with complete rectal prolapseMethodsThe complete rectal prolapse patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with suture fixation,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling injection for double four\|step injection therapyThe scores differences of the efficacy and pain,bloody stools,pruritus,and edema in the first and seventh day were comparedResultsAfter surgery,the cure and improvement rate in the observation group were better than the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜005)The postoperative score of itching,edema and complete rectal prolapse symptom in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P＜005)The score of symptom,pain,stool pruritus and,edema at 7 days after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P＜005)ConclusionXiaozhiling injection double four\|step injection method for complete rectal prolapse is more effective than suture fixation
