超声评价急性冠脉综合征患者内脂素与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性

摘要：目的研究急性冠脉综合征患者血清内脂素与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。方法根据临床表现及冠状动脉造影分为急性冠脉综合征组40例及对照组40例，采用ELISA法测定内脂素，并用超声测定颈动脉内中膜厚度。结果急性冠脉综合征患者血清内脂素显著高于对照组。内脂素与颈动脉内中膜厚度呈正相关。结论急性冠脉综合征患者血清内脂素与动脉硬化密切相关，超声能较早发现动脉粥样硬化，且对于有效预防急性冠脉综合征的发生有重要意义。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the relationship between visfatin and intimate\|media thickness of carotid artery in patients with acute coronary syndromes.MethodsAccording to coronary angiography and the clinical presentation, the subjects were divided into two groups, ACS group(n=40),and control group(n=40).Serum visfatin levels were measured with ELISA.IMT were measured with ultrasonography.ResultsSerum visfatin level was increased in ACS group compared with that in control group,visfatin was positively correlated with IMT.ConclusionVisfatin was significantly associated with atherosclerosis in acute coronary syndromes.Atherosclerosis can be diagnosed in early period by ultrasonography,and play an important role in the initiation of acute coronary syndromes.
