摘要：目的观察急性心肌梗死（AMI）病人血N末端前脑利钠肽（NT\|proBNP）水平及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）前后NT\|proBNP的改变。方法随机分为进行药物治疗（药物组）63例，行PCI治疗（PCI组）29例，采用免疫荧光法分别检测AMI病人及药物治疗组，PCI治疗组治疗后2周NT\|proBNP水平。结果AMI病人NT\|proBNP明显高于正常，且与Killip分级有相关性。PCI治疗组NT\|proBNP下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P＜001）。结论AMI患者经PCI治疗后，血浆NT\|proBNP水平改善，说明PCI术后供血改善，心功能也同样改善。
