Abstract:ObjectiveEvaluation of capreomycin, moxifloxacin, lifubuding, sodium sulfur effect of ionized, pyrazinamide, and amoxicillin/clavulanate in the treatment effect of multidrug-resistant tuberculosisMethods34 cases of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups,2 groups to different chemotherapy regimensResultsAfter 6 months of treatment,go to treatment sputum and yin88.8%,absorption of lesion 83.3%,symptoms improve 87.5%Sputum negative turn of the control groups 56.3%,absorption of lesion 56.2,symptoms improve 50.0%Treatment groups significantly better than the control group, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05)ConclusionCapreomycin,and moxifloxacin, lifubuding combined with sulfur effect of ionized, pyrazinamide, and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid alizarin joint treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis is superior to offloading, left, and para amino salicylate isoniazid combined with sulfur effect of ionized, pyrazinamide, and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid treatment for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis
