2010—2012年我院ICU铜绿假单胞菌的分布及耐药情况分析

摘要：目的了解我院ICU铜绿假单胞菌的分布及对常用抗生素的耐药性变化，为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法对2010—2012年自我院ICU患者送检的各种标本中分离、鉴定铜绿假单胞菌细菌进行药敏试验并进行分布统计。结果痰液中分离出的铜绿假单胞菌居第1位。分离出的铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星、头孢他啶、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率最低，均＜28.0％；对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟呈高耐药状态，耐药率达80.0％左右；对亚胺培南的耐药率逐年上升，且上升幅度较大，至2012年已达68.3％；对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星的耐药率基本稳定且较高；对头孢吡肟、哌拉西林、氨曲南的耐药率稳中有升。2010—2011年铜绿假单胞菌对14种常用抗生素的耐药率达50.0%以上者仅有4种，而到2012年已达8种之多。结论我院ICU铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况十分严峻，建议临床医生应结合药敏试验结果合理选用抗生素并及时调整治疗方案，从而控制铜绿假单胞菌感染及多重耐药菌株的发生与发展。
