维持性血液透析患者生活质量状况调查

摘要：

摘要：目的了解维持性血液透析患者的生活状况，分析影响因素及探讨改善生活质量的途径。方法将2010年1月至2012年12月在我院进行维持性血液透析的215例患者作为调查对象，采用自拟问卷调查表对其日常生活状况、心理状况、家庭经济负担等进行问卷调查。结果维持性血液透析患者普遍对当前生活状况不满意，心理负担及其家庭经济负担均较重，对病症的恢复和生活均明显丧失信心；且躯体、心理、社会功能评分均明显低于常规生活质量评分（P＜0.05）。结论应给予维持性血液透析患者科学、合理的社会支持，以有效改善其生存期的生活质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveInvestigation of living status of hemodialysis patients,analysis influence factors and improve the quality of lifeMethodsChoose our hospital in 2010 January~2012 December,of 215 maintenance hemodialysis patients as the object of investigation,questionnaire survey,will the daily life condition,mental status,family economic burden of questionnaire surveyResultsScore of 215 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients on dialysis,body,psychological social function scores were significantly lower than the normal quality of life (P＜0.05);patients are not satisfied with the current living conditions in general,psychological burden and family economic burden is heavy,the disease recovery and life were obviously lose confidenceConclusionGiven the hemodialysis patients with scientific and reasonable social support,can effectively improve the life quality of life
