目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子受体1（IGF\|IR）、环氧化酶\|2(COX\|2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学Eenvision两步法对50例乳腺癌组织、20例乳腺良性疾病组织中IGF\|IR和COX\|2的表达进行检测及分析。结果(1)IGF\|IR在乳腺癌和乳腺良性疾病表达率分别为8000% 、5000%，乳腺癌组织中IGF\|IR的表达率高于乳腺良性疾病组织，表达差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。(2)IGF\|IR的表达与临床病理特征的关系：有淋巴结转移组IGF\|IR的表达率为9259%（25/27），无淋巴结转移组IGF\|IR的表达率为6522%（15/23），表达差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。IGF\|IR的表达与患者的病理类型、临床分期、肿块大小和ER、PR、HER\|2间，均差异无统计学意义（P＞005）。(3)COX\|2在乳腺癌和乳腺良性疾病表达率分别为9800%、6500%，表达差异有统计学意义（P＜005）。(4)IGF\|IR、COX\|2在乳腺癌中的表达成正相关。结论IGF\|IR、COX\|2的高表达可能与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关。IGF\|IR、COX\|2表达呈正相关，可能在乳腺癌发生发展过程中起到协同作用。IGF\|IR可能参与了乳腺癌的转移过程。 |

ObjectiveTo study the expression of insulin\|like growth factor receptor\|1（IGF\|IR），eyelooxgenase\|2(COX\|2) in breast cancer and their relationship.MethodsThe expressions of IGF\|IR and COX\|2 of tissues taken from 50 breast cancer patients as well as 20 benign breast disease patients were examined and analyzed with Evension immunohistochemical method.Results(1)Expression rate of IGF\|IR in breast cancer and benign breast disease group were 8000% and 5000% respectivelyIt was higher in breast cancer group than benign breast disease group and had statistically significant(P＜005) (2)The relationship between IGF\|IR expression and clinicopathological factors:Expression rate of IGF\|IR in the group with lymph node metastasis was 9259%（25/27）,in the group without lymph node metastasis was 6522%（15/23）The difference had statistically significant(P＜005)There were no statistically significant among expressions of IGF\|IR and pathology, clinical stage,size of tumor,ER,PR and HER\|2（P＞005）.(3)Expression rate of COX\| |
