Abstract:ObjectiveEvaluation of locking plate fixation of surgical treatment of calcaneus fracture efficacyMethods74 cases of calcaneal fractures treated the affected foot for the study from January 2011 to January 2013 ,were randomly divided into experimental group (locking plate fixation group ) and control group (closed reduction group) of 37 feet,between the compare the efficacy of the treatmentResultsTest group results were excellent in 19 feet (5135%),total effective rate 9190%; excellent control effect of 15 feet (4054%),total effective rate 7567%The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was superior to the control group,P＜005,statistically significant difference.ConclusionChoosing the right heel fracture treatment is the key to treatment,the use of locking plate fixation is better than closed reduction method
