成人病毒性脑炎急性期继发癫痫发作的相关因素分析

摘要：目的探讨成人病毒性脑炎急性期继发癫痫发作的相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析122例病毒性脑炎患者的临床及辅助检查资料，分为继发癫痫发作组和对照组，进行单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析提示颅高压、脑电图中－重度异常、头磁共振异常3个危险因素的差异有统计学意义，进一步多因素Logistic回归分析提示头MRI异常与继发癫痫发作的关系最为密切（P＝0.032，OR＝2.585）。结论头MRI异常是成人病毒性脑炎患者急性期继发癫痫发作较为重要的危险因素。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the related risk factors of symptomatic epilepsies in acute phase of viral encephalitis in adults.MethodsClinical and accessory examination data of 122 cases with viral encephalitis were analyzed retrospectively.The cases were divided into symptomatic epilepsy group and control group.Single factor analysis and multiple factor Logistic regression analysis were applied.ResultsSingle factor analysis showed increased intracranial pressure,moderate to severe EEG abnormalities and brain MRI lesions were risk factors of secondary epilepsies.Brain MRI lesions were verified the most important risk factor by Logistic regression analysis（P＝0.032，OR＝2.585）.ConclusionBrain MRI lesions was an important risk factor of secondary epilepsies in adult viral encephalitis.
