“双泡征”诊断胎儿十二指肠闭锁的体会

摘要：目的通过对具有“双泡征”疑似十二指肠闭锁的胎儿声像图分析，进一步认识“双泡征”在诊断胎儿十二指肠闭锁中的价值及注意点。方法46157例妊娠18~40周来院行彩超检查患者，用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对胎儿腹部进行标准横切面扫查，筛查出具有“双泡征”疑似十二指肠闭锁胎儿，分析其声像图特征。结果10例具有“双泡征”胎儿被发现，经临床证实9例为十二指肠闭锁胎儿，1例胎儿“双泡征”出现后又消失，后证实为健康胎儿。结论“双泡征”在诊断胎儿十二指肠闭锁中具有重要价值，并且其位置、形态、动态变化及检查时机对其在诊断胎儿十二指肠闭锁中的价值有重要影响，值得注意。

Abstract:ObjectiveBased on the “analysis of fetal sonographic double\|bubble” suspected duodenal atresia,further understanding of “double bubble sign” in the diagnosis of congenital duodenal atresia of value and points for attention.Methods46157pregnant 18 weeks to 40 weeks underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination of fetal abdomen of patients,cross\|sectional standard with color Doppler ultrasound scan,screening of “double\|bubble” suspected duodenal atresia in fetus,to analyze the sonographic characteristics.Results10 fetuses with “double bubble sign”was found,confirmed by clinical 9 for duodenal atresia in fetus,1 fetus “double\|bubble” appear and then disappear,later confirmed to fetal health.Conclusion“Double bubble sign”had important value in the diagnosis of fetal duodenal atresia,and the position,morphology,dynamic change and the timing of check had important influence on the value in diagnosis of congenital duodenal atresia,worthy of note
