针刀配合玻璃酸钠加中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的观察针刀闭合软组织松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射加中药熏洗治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的80例患者(120膝)随机分为两组。实验组42例(60膝)采用针刀闭合软组织松解术配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射液加中药熏洗治疗；对照组38例(60膝)采用针刀闭合软组织松解术加口服尼美舒利治疗。治疗后4周，运用VAS、HSS评分分别评定两组患者的疼痛、关节功能评分和总体疗效。结果实验组膝关节VAS评分、HSS评分及总体疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜001)。结论运用针刀闭合软组织松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射液关节内注射加中药熏洗是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法,且疗效持久。

Clinical effect ObjectiveTo observe effect of acupotomy closed lysis of soft tissue with sodium hyaluronate intra\|articular injection plus Chinese herbal fumigation and washing treatment in knee osteoarthritis.Methods80 cases of the eligible patients(120 knees)were randomly divided into 2 groups42 cases(60 knees)in the test group were used acupotomy closed lysis of soft tissue with sodium hyaluronate intra\|articular injection plus herbal fumigation;38 cases(60 knees)in the control group were used acupotomy closed lysis soft tissue release and oral Nimesulide Dispersible Tablets(NDT).Four weeks after the treatment,pain,joint function score and the effect in two groups were assessed by the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,American hospital for special surgery(HSS)score.ResultsIn the test group,VAS and HSS score of knee joint function and the effect were better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜001)ConclusionAcupotomy closed lysis of soft tissue with sodium hyaluronate intra\|articular injection plus Chinese herbal fumigation and washing is an effective and lasting treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
