胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤的病理特征分析

摘要：

Abstract:ObjectiveAnalysis of pancreatic solid pseudopapillary tumors(SPTP)pathological features.MethodsMorphological characteristics of female SPTP patients after surgical resection specimens six cases HE staining; Immunohistochemical detection of the expression of multiple proteins.ResultsMicroscopically,the tumor tissue was solid sheet area characteristic structure and pseudopapillary,Immunohistochemistry of tumor tissue shows vimenti,NSE,PR and α\|1\|AT were positive 6 cases,CD56,CD10 were positive in five cases,ER,CK were negative in six cases,E\|cadherin was negative and β\|catenin was positive in six cases,cyclinD1 was positive in 5 cases.ConclusionSPTP has a characteristic histological structure.Vimentin CD56,CD10,PR,α\|1\|AT and NSE are usually expressed in SPTP.β\|catenin abnormal nuclear plasma expression,loss of expression of E\|cadherin and high expresson of cyclin D1 are important pathological features in SPTP.
