25632例体检者高血压和高血糖检出情况及分析

摘要：

摘要：目的探讨体检者的高血压、高血糖检出情况与其年龄、性别的关系。方法对25632例体检者的高血压、高血糖检出情况进行总结，分析高血压、高血糖检出率与体检者年龄、性别的关系。结果（1）不同性别体检者的高血压检出率有统计学差异，男性检出率明显高于女性（χ2=854.575，P＜0.01）；高血压检出率随体检者的年龄增长而呈上升趋势（χ2=1326.101，P＜0.01）。（2）不同性别体检者的高血糖检出率有统计学差异，男性检出率明显高于女性（χ2=150.099，P＜0.01）；高血糖检出率随体检者的年龄增长而呈上升趋势（χ2=863.579，P＜0.01）。结论高血压、高血糖的检出率与体检者的年龄、性别有密切关系，均随体检者的年龄增长而呈上升趋势，且男性检出率均明显高于女性。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the physical examination of blood pressure,high blood sugar in relation to their cases by age and sex.MethodsExamination of 25632 cases of hypertension,high blood sugar were summarized,analysis the relationship of hypertension,hyperglycemia and the detection rate of persons age,gender.ResultsDifferent gender persons,the detection rate of hypertension was statistically difference,(1)The detection rate of men was higher than that of women（χ2=854.575，P＜0.01）;(2)The detection rate of hypertension increased with persons age（χ2=1326.101，P＜0.01）.High blood sugar sex examination detection rate was statistically difference,The detection rate of men was higher than that of women（χ2=150.099，P＜0.01）,high blood glucose detection rate increased with the age（χ2=863.579，P＜0.01）.ConclusionThere is a close relationship between hypertension,hyperglycemia and the detection rate of persons age,gender,with the examination of the age increased,and the male was significantly higher than that of female.
