Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility and rationality of operating treatment in patients with gastric cancer and provide suggestions and measures to improve the clinical treatment.MethodsFrom January 2006 to December 2010,202 cases of gastric cancer operated in our hospital were studied,including 155 males and 47 females;53 cases(26.2%)with proximal resection;118 cases(58.4%)with distal resection;31 cases(15.3%)with total gastrectomy.Recurrence and survival after surgery were recorded.ResultsIn 202 patients,98 tumors(48.5%)were lied in gastric antrum which had the highest incidence;the diameters of most tumors(87 cases,43.1%)were within 3\|5cm,ulcer\|like(171 cases,84.7%)and in the 3 grade(149 cases,73.8%);83 tumors(41.1%)were mainly in the adventitia;107 case(53%)were in the 3 clinical stage.Postoperative complications occurred in 32 cases mainly including lung infection(34.4%);116 cases(56.9%)were treated with chemotherapy after operation.The survival rate after surgery of 3 years in 101 patients followed up was reached 50%,including 1 case of accidental death.ConclusionThe operation treatment for patients with gastric cancer has good effect and is worthy popularizing.Key Words:Gastric cancer;Operation treatment;Radical resection;Clinical analysis
