数字化X线拍片与螺旋CT检查对跗骨骨折诊断价值的比较分析

摘要：目的比较数字化X线拍片与螺旋CT检查对跗骨骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析65例82个跗骨骨折患者数字化X线平片与螺旋CT扫描的表现。结果数字化X线平片对骨折线的显示率为87.8％（72个），轴位CT扫描显示率为97.6％（80个），轴位CT加准冠状位同时扫描对骨折线的显示率为100％。结论（1）数字化X线拍片能满足大多数骨折患者的诊疗需求；（2）患者临床症状较重、X线拍片未见骨折征象或疑似骨折时，CT扫描可以明确诊断是否骨折；（3）足部严重外伤患者，CT扫描检查是必要的，能提供比数字化X线拍片更多的骨折数量及骨折类型，还可以发现跗骨的脱位情况，为临床手术提供更多的诊疗信息。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the diagnostic value of digital X\|ray films and spiral CT examination in tarsal bone fracture.MethodsDigital X\|ray plain film and spiral CT scan of 82 tarsal bone fractures in 65 cases were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThe display rate of fracture line with digital X\|ray plain film was 87.8%,97.6% with axial CT scan,100% with axial CT and quasi coronary scanning.Conclusion(1)Digital X\|ray plain film can meet the need of diagnosis and treatment in most fractures patients;(2)For the patients of heavier clinical symptoms,the digital X\|ray films can’t see the signs or suspect fracture,but CT scan can clearly diagnose.(3)For the feet serious trauma patients,CT scan is necessary.It can provide more messages for clinical surgery in number and type of fracture than the digital X\|ray and also can find tarsal dislocation.Key Words:Arsal bone;Fracture;Digital X\|ray films;Spiral CT
