伤科接骨片对家兔骨折愈合影响的实验研究

摘要：

目的探讨伤科接骨片对家兔骨折愈合的影响。方法选用新西兰大白兔40只，雌雄各半，采用随机数字表法随机分为两组：生理盐水对照组（N组），伤科接骨片组（S组），每组20只。大白兔造成左桡骨中上段的骨折模型，并开始灌胃给药，术后第10、20、30、40天每组处死5只兔子，取其左侧桡骨，拍X线片，采用上海骨科研究所评价标准综合评定愈合程度。结果与对照组比较，伤科接骨片组骨折愈合情况较好。结论伤科接骨片能影响兔骨折愈合过程中软骨内成骨，促进骨痂形成及骨折愈合。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet on fracture healing in rabbitMethods40 New Zealand rabbits，half male and female were randomly divide into two groups:Normal saline group(N group)and Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet group(S group)Left radial fracture models in upper and middle section were made and given medicine by gavageFive rabbits in each group were killed at 10th，20th，30th and 40th day after surgery，left radius were taken to check with X\|rayThe degree of healing was assessed by the evaluation criteria of Shanghai Orthopaedics InstituteResultsCompared with N groups，the state of fracture healing in S group was better (P＜005)ConclusionThe Shang Ke Jie Gu tablet might affect cartilage osteogenesis during fracture healing and promote fracture healing
