脱细胞异种皮在大面积烧伤深二度创面的应用

摘要：

目的探讨脱细胞异种皮覆盖大面积烧伤深二度削痂后创面的临床疗效。方法对我院2012年1月至2014年1月共90例大面积烧伤深二度创面削痂后是否采用脱细胞异种皮覆盖分成治疗组与对照组各45例，针对深二度创面愈合时间，创面细菌培养阳性例数，换药次数,患者存活率进行回顾性比较分析。结果治疗组创面平均愈合时间16 d，创面细菌培养阳性例数5例,换药次数3~6次，存活患者45例。对照组创面平均愈合时间21 d，换药次数6~16次，存活患者42例，创面细菌培养阳性例数15例。结论大面积烧伤深二度削痂后创面采用脱细胞异种皮覆盖,可以显著缩短患者创面愈合时间，减少换药次数，减少创面细菌培养阳性发生率，提高患者生存率。

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of acellular xenogeneou covering in large area of deep second\|degree burns after eschar shaving.MethodsFrom January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital,90 cases of large area of deep second\|degree burns after eschar shaving were divided into treatment group and control group depending on whether acellular xenogeneous covering being used,45 cases in each group.The time of deep second\|degree wound healing,wound bacteria culture positive cases,dressing change times,survival rates were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsIn the treatment group,the average wound healing time was 16 days,3~6 times dressing change,there were 5 cases of wound bacteria culture positive and 45 patients survived.In the control group,the average wound healing time was 21 days,6~16 times dressing change and there were 42 patients survived,15 cases of wound bacteria culture positive.ConclusionAcellular xenogeneous covering after eschar shaving in large area of deep second\|degree burns can significantly shorten the wound healing time,reduce the frequency of dressing change,reduce the incidence of wound bacteria culture positive and improve the survival rate of the patients.Key Words:Burn;Deep second\|degree burns;Eschar shaving;Acellular xenogeneous
