64排螺旋CTA对颈部动脉易损性斑块的相关研究

摘要：

目的使用64排螺旋CT对颈部动脉斑块的形态、密度进行分析，识别易损性斑块，评估斑块的稳定性，为临床选择适当的治疗方案提供帮助。方法对我院颈部动脉狭窄患者150例进行CTA检查，采用64排螺旋CT机，同层动脉扫描后(小剂量对比剂测试后)进行正式扫描，图像后处理采用ADW 4.4工作站。数据进行统计学分析,P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果本组行CTA检查后,150例患者共分析颈部动脉900段，发现548处病变，其中，脂肪斑块97处，纤维斑块97处，混合斑块169处，钙化斑块185处；共发现溃疡斑块29例，其中有27例发生于颈总动脉，2例发生于颈内动脉。结论应用64排螺旋CTA，能够较准确识别易损性斑块，对判断预后及选择治疗方案有所帮助。

ObjectiveTo analyze the morphology and density of the arterial plaque with 64\|slice spiral CT,identify the vulnerable plaques and assess the stability of the plaque,then provide help for the clinical selection of appropriate treatment.Methods150 cases with artery stenosis in the necks underwent 64\|slice spiral CTA were collected in our hospital,scanning after small dose injection test and image post processing with AW 4.4 work station.All data were statistically analyzed and P＜0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results150 patients underwent CTA in the group,900 segments of the neck artery were analyzed,548 lesions were found.Among them,there were 97 fatty plaques,97 fibrous plaques,169 mixed plaques,185 calcified plaques;and ulcers plaques were found in 29 cases,including 27 cases occurred in the common carotid artery,2 cases in internal carotid artery.Conclusion64\|slice spiral CTA can be used to identify the vulnerable plaque and help to determine prognosis and treatment.Key Words:Neck artery；Spiral CT angiography；Vulnerable plaque
