奥施康定治疗癌疼痛的有效性及安全性评价

摘要：目的评估奥施康定治疗癌疼痛的有效性和安全性。方法（1）文献检索：从Cochrane library、PubMed,Embase、CBM、CNKI、维普数据库检索关于奥施康定治疗癌疼痛有效性和安全性的文献。（2）Meta分析：应用Rev Man 50软件对入选的文献进行Meta分析，奥施康定与其他类型阿片类药物的有效性和安全性的差异用OR值评估和95%可信区间表示。结果共检索出相关文献32篇，按纳入标准和排除标准筛选出5项研究文献，共456例癌疼痛患者纳入研究。Meta分析结果显示，奥施康定治疗癌疼痛的有效性与其他强阿片类药物比较无统计学差异（OR：168；95% CI：086~326；P=013）；副作用发生率亦无统计学差异。结论奥施康定与其他强阿片类药物在治疗癌疼痛的有效性和安全性无统计学差异。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of oxycodone in cancer\|related pain.MethodsLiterature retrieval:the literature related to the efficacy and safety of oxycodone treated cancer\|related pain were selected from the Cochrane library,PubMed,Embase,CBM,CNKI and CQVIP databases.Meta analysis:the meta\|analysis was performed by RevMan 50 software.The difference of the efficacy and safety of oxycodone and other opioids were evaluated with odds ratios(ORs)and calculated with 95% confidence intervals(CIs)ResultsA total of 32 literatures were retrieved and 5 literatures were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,456 patients of cancer\|related pain were included in the study.The meta\|analysis results showed that the efficacy of oxycodone was no differents with other strong opioids(OR：168; 95% CI,086~326;P=013),the incidence of side effects was also not significantly different.ConclusionThe efficacy and safety of oxycodone have no difference with other opioids in treatment of cancer\|related pain.Key Words:Oxycodone;Cancer\|related pain;Efficacy;Safety;Meta\|analysis
