Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with hyperlipidemia pancreatitis(HLAP)in order to improve the understanding of HLAP and the level of diagnosis and treatmentMethods108 patients of acute pancreatitis hospitalized in our hospital between December 2012 and December 2012 were divided into HLAP group(n=30)and non\|HLAP group(n=78),the clinical data of two groups were retrospectively analyzedResultsThe average age of the patients in HLAP group was significantly less than that in non\|HLAP group and BMI,the proportions of past diabetes and fatty liver were significantly higher than those in non\|HLAP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<001)Serum and urine amylase level in HLAP group was significantly lower than that in non\|HLAP group, while serum triglyceride, total cholesterol and blood glucose levels were significantly higher than those in non\|HLAP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<001)The recurrence rate and the proportion of severe patients in the HLAP group were significantly higher than those in the non\|HLAP group, the differences were statistically significant(P<005)ConclusionHLAP has its own clinical manifestations that are atypical, complications, easy relapseIn addition to conventional treatment, reduce blood TG level is the keyKey Words:Hyperlipidemic pancreatitis;Acute pancreatitis;Hyperlipidemia;Triglycerides
