磷霉素联合利奈唑胺，阿莫西林，达托霉素对耐万古霉素肠球菌体外抗菌活性研究

摘要：目的探讨磷霉素与3种常用抗生素（利奈唑胺、阿莫西林、达托霉素）分别联用对临床分离的耐万古霉素肠球菌的体外抗菌活性，为临床联合用药提供实验依据。方法将磷霉素与其他3种抗菌药物在体外单独以及联合应用作用于32株VRE菌株，采用琼脂二倍稀释法，测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、计算部分抑菌浓度(FIC)指数，绘制杀菌曲线。评价磷霉素与其他3种抗菌药物分别联合应用的体外抗菌活性。结果利奈唑胺、阿莫西林、达托霉素分别与磷霉素在体外联合应用后，其联合用药的MIC值均比单独应用时下降，联合药敏指数均≤2；联合应用对VRE杀茵速度加快，杀菌作用增强。结论利奈唑胺、阿莫西林、达托霉素分别与磷霉素在体外联合均具有协同抗菌作用，能降低对VRE的MIC。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the antibacterial activity of fosfomycin combined with amoxicillin,daptomycin and linezolid agents against vancomycin\|resistant Enterococcus faecium in vitro，in order to provide experimental evidence for clinical medicine combinationMethodsThirty\|two strains of VRE were treated by fosfomycin and other 3 antibacterial agents individually and combination in vitroWe could evaluate the antibacterial activity of fosfomycin combined with other 3 antimicrobial agents in vitro by testing minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)，calculating the fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC) index，drawing the time killing curve， using a two\|fold agar dilution methodResultsThe MICs of fosfomycin combined with other 3 antimicrobial agents were lower than those of 4 antimicrobial agents alone,and FIC indexes were all less than 2The antimicrobial speeds were increased，while bactericidal effect was strengthened with combined applicationConclusionLinezolid， amoxicillin,daptomycin and in combination with fosfomycin respectively have the synergistic antibacterial effect,can reduce the MIC of VERKey Words:Fosfomycin;Linezolid;Daptomycin;Amoxicillin;Vancomycin\|resistant enterococci;Antibiotics combination;In vitro antibacterial activity
