舌癌患者60例术后生存质量评价

摘要：

摘要：目的评价60例舌癌患者术后的生存质量。方法运用UW\|QOLV4调查60例舌癌患者术后的生存质量。比较临床分期，颈淋巴结清扫方式，是否行下颌骨切除等不同手术方式对术后患者生存质量的影响。用SPSS 170统计学软件对数据进行处理及分析以 P＜005为差异有统计学意义。结果(1)5年生存率为705%,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期生存率明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期。(2)功能性颈清扫术组的生存质量总平均分明显高于根治性颈清扫术组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜001）。(3)未行下颌骨切除组生存质量总平均分明显高于下颌骨切除组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜005）。结论UW\|QOL V4是有效的舌癌患者QOL评价工具,可为舌癌治疗方案设计提供参考建议。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo assess the quality of life in 60 patients with tongue cancer after operationMethodsUW\|QOL V4 questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of life in 60 patients with tongue cancer after operationThe effect of different operative procedures were compared,including clinical stage,the methods of neck lymph node dissection,whether mandibular resection and so onDates were recorded and analyzed with SPSS 170 statistical software and the difference was statistically significant when P＜005Results5\|year survival rate was 705 %,being higher in the patients with I and II stage lesion than those with Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages;The total scores of QOL in the group with function neck dissection were significantly higher than in the group with radical neck dissection（P＜001）;The total scores of QOL in the group with non\|segmental mandibular resection were significantly higher than in the group with segmental mandibular resection（P＜005）ConclusionUW\|QOL V4 can effectively evaluated QOL of patients with tongue cancer,it can give good suggestion to treatment modality for tongue cancerKey Words:Tongue cancer；Quality of life
