| 腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗宫外孕疗效分析 |

摘要：目的研究腹腔镜和开腹手术对于异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法将我院2012年8月至2013年12月治疗的经临床诊断为异位妊娠84例的病人随机分为实验组以及对照组，对照组采用一般的开腹手术进行诊治，实验组采取的是腹腔镜的方式进行治疗，将两组病患的术后成果进行对比。结果实验组腹腔镜手术都非常成功，无1例中转开腹。实验组在手术进行时间的长短、出血量、术后康复时间、肛门排气时间和在医院治疗时间都明显优于对照组，P＜005。两组术后都没有出现并发症的现象。结论腹腔镜诊治异位妊娠具有创伤小，出血量少，术后康复快等优势，有益于提高病患的恢复程度。 关键词：腹腔镜；开腹手术；异位妊娠；疗效

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of laparoscopic and open surgery for ectopic pregnancyMethods84 cases of ectopic pregnancy from Aug2012 to Dec2013 in our hospital were divided randomly into two groups,the experimental group and the control groupThe patients in the control group were treated with general open operation,and laparoscopic was used in the experimental groupThe results were compared between two groupsResultsThe treatments of laparoscopic in experimental group were all successful without transferring to opening operationThe operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative recovery time,the time of anal ventilation and the length in hospital in the experimental group was better than those in the control group (P＜005)There were no complications in both groupsConclusionLaparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy has many advantages such as less trauma,less bleeding,faster postoperative recovery and so on,benefits to improve the recoveryKey Words:Laparoscopic;Open surgery;Ectopic pregnancy;Efficacy |
