目的探讨肿瘤患者行经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）化疗的相关并发症的原因及护理方法。方法对108例经PICC行肿瘤化疗的患者发生的并发症及原因进行分析，并行及时有效的护理干预。结果本组发生机械性静脉炎4例，穿刺部位感染3例，血栓形成1例，给予有效护理干预后都得到控制。结论PICC为肿瘤化疗患者开辟了一条方便安全有效的通路，有效避免了化疗药物外渗引起的静脉炎与组织坏死，提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。 关键词：PICC；化疗；护理

ObjectiveTo investigate the causes and nursing methods of chemotherapy\|related complications in cancer patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheter (PICC)MethodsThe cause of occurrence of complications after cancer chemotherapy by PICC in 108 cases were analyzed,timely effective nursing intervention were performedResultsThere were 4 cases of mechanical phlebitis,3 cases of puncture site infection,1 case of thrombosis occurred in this group,which had been controlled after given effectively nursing interventionsConclusionPICC opening a safe and effective path for patients of chemotherapy,can effectively avoid phlebitis and tissue necrosis caused by extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs,improve the life quality of patients,being worthy of clinical applicationKey Words:PICC;Chemotherapy;Nursing |
