| 老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与 血清同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C的相关性 |

目的探讨老年高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、胱抑素C（Cys\|C）等的关系。方法测定80例(IMT增厚组)及77例(IMT正常组)老年高血压患者空腹静脉血Hcy、Cys\|C、肌酐、尿酸等水平。结果IMT增厚组Hcy为(240±83)μmol/L、Cys\|C(24±07)pg/ml、肌酐(1040±311)μmol/L、尿酸（3568±1108）μmol/L；均显著高于IMT正常对照组。血清Hcy水平与肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸呈显著的正相关；Hcy、Cys\|C是影响老年高血压患者颈动脉IMT增厚的危险因素。结论联合检测血清Hcy、Cys\|C水平有助于评价老年高血压患者大血管动脉粥样硬化的进展程度。 关键词：同型半胱氨酸；胱抑素C；肌酐；尿酸；颈动脉内膜中层厚度；老年高血压

ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between serum homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C(Cys\|C),and etc.in elderly hypertensive patients.MethodsThe serum levels of Hcy，Cys\|C,creatinine and uric acid were detected in 80 subjects with increased IMT(group A) and 77 cases of normal IMT (group C).ResultsSerum Hcy was(240±83)μmol/L,Cys\|C was(24±07)pg/ml,creatinine was(1040±311)μmol/L and uric acid was （3568±1108）μmol/L in group A,which were significantly higher than those in group C.Serum level of Hcy and Cys\|C was positively correlated with creatinine and uric acid.Hcy and Cys\|C wasthe risk factors for the increase of IMT in elderly hypertensive patients.ConclusionCombined examination of Hcy and Cys\|C is helpful to evaluate the progress of macrovascular atherosclerosis in elderly hypertensive patients.Key Words:Homocysteine;Cystatin C;Creatinine;Intima\|media thickness;Elderly hypertensive |
