自助式注药在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用研究

摘要：

汕头大学医学院第一附属医院妇产科，广东汕头 515041摘要：目的研究自助式注药在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析因不孕症来诊行子宫输卵管造影者1653例，其中，传统方法978例，自助式方法675例，从疼痛发生程度、输卵管通畅结果、人流综合征发生和感染并发症4方面进行比较。结果自助式方法比传统方法轻度疼痛发生率增加，重度疼痛减少；人流综合征发病率明显减少；而输卵管通畅结果和感染并发症发病率差别没有统计学意义。结论自助式注药法行子宫输卵管造影术，操作简单，安全并人性化，且可以避免医护人员接触射线，不增加患者射线暴露时间，不影响造影检查结果，不增加感染并发症发病率，且可以减少严重疼痛和人流综合征并发症，是在基层可以广泛推广的检查方法。

ObjectiveTo research the application value of self\|service injecting in hysterosalpingography.MethodsRetrospectively analyzed 1653 cases of infertility with hysterosalpingography,among them,978 cases by traditional methods,and 675 cases by self\|service injecting;4 aspects that were the incidence of pain,the results of tubal patency,the incidence of abortion syndrome and infection complications were compared.ResultsThe incidences of mild pain was increased and severe pain was reduced,the incidence of abortion syndrome was significantly reduced,and the difference of the results of tubal patency and infection complications had not statistical significance (P＜005).ConclusionWith simple operation,safe and humane,preventing medical staff exposed to radiation,not increasing radiation exposure time of patients,not affecting the results of examination,not increasing the rate of infection complication and reducing the severe pain and abortion syndrome,self\|service injecting in hysterosalpingography is a worthy method of being widely popularized at primary hospital.Key Words:Self\|service;Hysterosalpingography;Research
