布地奈德/福莫特罗联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管哮喘患者中的临床应用

摘要：

目的观察布地奈德/福莫特罗联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管哮喘患者中的临床应用效果。方法86例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组，单药组(42例) 单独采用布地奈德治疗，联合组(44例)采用布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠治疗，疗程均为3个月，观察治疗后两组患者临床变化情况。结果联合组的显效率及总有效率均高于单药组(P＜005)。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特钠在消除气道炎症方面有协同作用，能够明显提高疗效，改善哮喘患者的临床症状。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of budesonide/formoterol combined with montelukast in patients of bronchial asthma.Methods86 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,monotherapy group(42 cases)using budesonide alone,combination group(44 cases)using budesonide combined with montelukast therapy,clinic changes of patients in two groups were observed after a course of three months treatment.ResultsThe explicit efficiency rate and the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than those of the monotherapy group (P＜005).ConclusionBudesonide combined with montelukast sodium has a synergistic effect in the elimination of airway inflammation,can significantly improve the efficacy,improve clinical symptoms in patients with asthma.Key Words:Budesonide/Formoterol;Montelukast sodlium;Bronchial asthma
