克唑替尼治疗间变性淋巴瘤激酶融合基因阳性晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

摘要：

目的探讨克唑替尼用于治疗对ALK、ROS和MET激酶活性异常的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取我院胸外科及肿瘤科2014年1月～2016年1月收治的对ALK、ROS和MET激酶活性异常的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者18例,均口服克唑替尼进行治疗。结果18例患者中完全缓解11例，部分缓解5例，稳定1例，无效1例，总有效率为889%。药物不良反应多数为视觉异常、恶心、腹泻、呕吐、便秘、水肿、转氨酶升高及疲乏，但均较轻。结论使用克唑替尼靶向治疗对ALK、ROS和MET激酶活性异常的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，有较明显的抗肿瘤作用,而且改善了患者生活质量，用药方便，依从性好。

Abstract:ObjectiveStudy the clinical effect of Crizotinib for advanced non small cell lung cancer patients with abnormal of anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK),ROS and met kinase(MET)activity.Methods18 cases of advanced non small cell lung cancer with abnormal of ALK,ROS and MET kinase activity in the departments of thoracic surgery and oncology from January 2014 to January 2016 were chosen and treated with oral administration of Crizotinib.ResultsIn 18 patients,there were 11 cases of complete remission,partial remission in 5 cases,stable in 1 case and ineffective in 1 case,the total effective rate was 889%.The majority adverse reactions of drug were visual abnormalities,nausea,diarrhea,vomiting,constipation,edema,elevated transaminases and fatigue,but all were light.ConclusionCrizotinib has a significant anti\|tumor effect in the treatment of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer with ALK,ROS and MET kinase activity,can improve the quality of life,use conveniently and is good compliance.Key Words:Crizotinb;Non small cell lung cancer;Advanced stage
