推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘要：目的探讨腰部松解并整复手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法将我院160例腰椎间盘突出症病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例，治疗组采用松解理筋推拿手法、胸椎小关节复位、腰椎斜板复位法治疗，对照组只进行松解理筋推拿手法治疗。１周治疗6次，２周为１个疗程，共治疗２个疗程（４周）。疗程结束后，进行疗效评定。结果治疗组：治愈42例，显效23例，有效8例，无效7例，有效率8125%；对照组：治愈28例，显效22例，有效18例，无效12例，有效率6250%，两组治疗结果差异有统计学意义，治疗组优于对照组（P＜005）。结论腰部松解并整复手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于单一松解手法治疗组，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effect of lumbar loosening combined manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods160 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The combined treatment of loose rib cleavage massage,thoracic vertebra small joint reset and lumbar oblique plate reduction were used in the treatment group,only loose cleavage muscle massage was used in the control group,with 6 times once week,2 weeks for 1 course,2 courses for treatment(4 weeks).The curative effect was evaluated after the treatment.ResultsIn the treatment group:42 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the effective rate was 8125%;In the control group:28 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,effective in 18 cases,12 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 6250%.The results of two groups were significant difference (P＜005).ConclusionThe curative effect of waist loosening combined manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of single loosening technique in the treatment group,being worthy of clinical promotion and application.Key Words:Low back pain;Lumbar disc herniation;Massage
