Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of lumbar suspension reduction on the life quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods130 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (62 cases )and control group (60 cases ), the patients in treatment group were treated with loose rib cleavage massage,thoracic vertebra small joint reduction,lumbar suspension reduction, while in the control group with loose cleavage muscle massage therapy, six times once week, two weeks for a course of treatment, totally 2 courses, SF\|36 health survey were analyzed at the end of treatment. ResultsThe results of the two groups showed that the difference of the scores of all dimensions between two groups before treatment were no statistically significance (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of the 8 dimensions were significantly different from before treatment in the treatment group (P<0.05); There were statistically significant difference before treatment in 5 dimensions that was physiological function, role\|physital, body pain, emotional function and mental health in the control group (P<0.05) . Compared the scores of two group between before and after treatment, physiological function, role\|physical, body pain, overall health, energy, social function and emotional function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The differences were statistically significant. ConclusionLumbar suspension reduction has advantages in improving the life quality of patients with lumbar disc herniation and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
