Abstract: ObjectiveTo analysis the value of T\|SPOT.TB in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy. Methods75 cases were seleced, in which 41 cases were diagnosed and 34 cases were suspected diagnosed of tuberculous pleurisy, the peripheral blood and ascites and pleural effusion were detected by T\|SPOT.TB test, the sensitivity and superiority were evaluated.ResultsIn the tuberculous pleurisy group, the positive rates of peripheral blood and ascites and pleural effusion were 976% and 902%. In the suspected tuberculous pleurisy group, the positive rate of peripheral blood and ascites and pleural effusion were 676% and 824%. ConclusionThe sensitivity of ascites and pleural effusion is higher than peripheral blood in clinical diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy.
