右美托咪定对全麻烧伤患者的心肌保护作用

摘要：

摘要：目的在烧伤患者的全麻过程中使用右美托咪定，观察其对患者的心肌是否有保护作用。方法我院自2009年1月至2012年3月收治的58例烧伤患者，在诱导方式相同下随机将其分为实验组与对照组，在各个时间点采集静脉血检测肌酸激酶（CK）与肌酸激酶同工酶（CK\|MB）。结果手术开始后，两组CK及CK\|MB均有增加，实验组CK值、CK\|MB值在手术开始后1小时、2小时、3小时明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论烧伤患者在全麻过程中应用右美托咪定对心肌在一定程度上有保护作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the myocardial protective effect of dexmedetomidine during general anesthesia in burn patientsMethodsFrom January 2009 to March 2012,58 burn patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB（CK\|MB） in venous blood were tested at each time pointResultsAfter the operation began,CK and CK\|MB were increased in the two groups,the CK and CK\|MB value of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 hour,2 hours and 3 hours after operation,the differences were statistically significantConclusionDexmedetomidine has myocardial protective effect in a certain extent during general anesthesia in burn patients
