Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the myocardial protective effect of dexmedetomidine during general anesthesia in burn patientsMethodsFrom January 2009 to March 2012,58 burn patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK\|MB) in venous blood were tested at each time pointResultsAfter the operation began,CK and CK\|MB were increased in the two groups, the CK and CK\|MB value of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 1 hour,2 hours and 3 hours after operation, the differences were statistically significantConclusionDexmedetomidine has myocardial protective effect in a certain extent during general anesthesia in burn patients
