生殖免疫抗体检测在不孕不育临床价值研究

摘要：目的探讨生殖免疫检测对不孕不育患者的临床应用。方法根据不孕不育原因将230例患者分为原发不孕组，继发不孕组和自然流产组。检测三组患者抗子宫内膜抗体（EmAb）、抗心磷脂抗体（ACAb）、抗卵巢抗体（AOAb）、抗透明带抗体（ZPAb）、抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体（AhAb）、抗滋养层抗体（TAAb）、抗精子抗体（AsAb）阳性率情况。结果AsAb和EmAb检测的阳性率最高，分别为291%和270%；原发不孕组AsAb阳性率最高， EmAb阳性率最低，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<005）；ACAb阳性率自然流产组最高，原发不孕组性率最低，AOAb阳性率原发不孕组明显高于继发不孕组和自然流产组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）；AhAb阳性率继发不孕组最高，原发不孕组性率最低，三组间差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论不孕不育患者体内均存在EmAb、ACAb、AOAb、ZPAb、AhAb、TAAb、AsAb异常，不同类型不孕不育抗体阳性率不同。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of reproductive immune detection in infertile patientsMethodsAccording to the cause of infertility,230 cases were divided into primary infertility group,secondary infertility group and spontaneous abortion groupThe positive rates of endometrial antibody (EMAb) and anticardiolipin antibody (ACAb),anti ovarian antibody (AOAb),anti zona pellucida antibody (ZPAb),anti human chorionic promote gonadal hormone antibody (AhAb),anti trophoblast antibody (TAAb),anti sperm antibody (AsAb) in three groups were detectedResultsThe positive rates of AsAb and EmAb were the highest,which were 291% and 27% respectively; The positive rate of AsAb was the highest and EmAb was the lowest in primary infertility group,the differences among groups were statistically significant (P＜005); The positive rate of ACAb was the highest in spontaneous abortion group,be the lowest in the primary infertility group,the positive rate of AOAb in primary infertility group was significantly higher than that in secondary infertility group and spontaneous abortion group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜005); the positive rate of AhAb was the highest in secondary infertility group,be the lowest in the primary infertility group,the differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P＜005)ConclusionEmAb,ACAb,AOAb,ZPAb,AhAb,TAAb,AsAb are abnormal in infertility patients,and the positive rates of antibody in different types of infertility are different
