上消化道疾病与呼吸道等疾病幽门螺旋杆菌抗体对比研究

摘要：

摘要：目的探讨幽门螺旋杆菌（Hp）感染患者血清中抗体与各种疾病的关系。方法利用蛋白芯片技术检测7组研究对象共2940例，其中慢性胃炎1693例、消化性溃疡383例、胃肠道肿瘤82例、其他肿瘤249例、肝脏疾病195例、HIV或AIDS 109例、以及对照组肺结核患者（TB）229例。血清Hp的3种抗体：CagA抗体、VacA抗体和Ure抗体。结果慢性胃炎组的3种抗体的阳性率分别为14%、44%和245%；消化性溃疡组为13%、44%和339%；消化道肿瘤组为73%、158%和280%；其他肿瘤组为44%、108%和317%；肝脏疾病为15%、61%和333%；HIV/AIDS组为09%、82%和348%；对照组（TB）分别为13%、52%和240%。胃肠道肿瘤组、其它肿瘤组抗体阳性率与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<005）。其余各组与对照组比较抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P>005）。结论提示不同抗体的存在可能与肿瘤有一定的关系，但3种抗体与消化道、呼吸道、肝脏等疾病无甄别关系。所有疾病抗体阳性率均低于50%，用于诊断幽门螺旋杆菌感染价值不大。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the significance of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) antibodies in patients infected by the HpMethodsThe technology of protein chip was used to detect 3 kinds of Hp antibodies(anti\|CagA,anti\|VacA and anti\|UreA) in 2940 patients,including 1693 cases of chronic gastritis,383 peptic ulcer,82 gastrointestinal tract carcinoma，249 cases of other tumors,195 cases of liver diseases,109 cases of HIV/AIDS and 229 cases of tuberculosis in control groupResultsThe positive rate of the three kinds of antibodies were 14%，44%，245% respectively in chronic gastritis group; 13%，44%,339% respectively in peptic ulcer group; 73%、158%，280% in peptic gastrointestinal tract carcinoma group; 44%，108%，317% respectively in other tumor group; 15%,61%,333% in liver diseases group and 09%,82%,348% respectively in HIV/AIDS group; 13%,52% and 240% respectively in control group (TB)The positive rate of Hp antibodies in gastrointestinal tract carcinoma group compared with other tumors group was statistically significant difference (P<005)The other groups compared with the control group,there were no significant difference (P>005)ConclusionsIt suggests that different antibodies might have some relationship with tumors,but 3 kinds of antibodies have no screening relationship with the diseases of digestive tract,respiratory tract and liverThe positive rates of antibodies in all diseases are lower than 50%,it has little value for the diagnosis of Hp infection
