| 利奈唑胺标准剂量和超治疗剂量 对Q\|T间期延长的影响及其临床意义 |

摘要：目的探讨利奈唑胺不同治疗剂量对Q\|T间期的影响。方法同期行利奈唑胺治疗的住院患者根据剂量不同分为:标准剂量组(60例)、超剂量组（50例），检测12导联心电图检查，观察Q\|T间期，同时取60例健康人为对照组。结果标准剂量组及超剂量组的平均Q\|T间期明显高于正常对照组（P＜005）;标准剂量组及超剂量组的平均Q\|T间期比较差异无统计学意义（P＞005)。结论利奈唑胺治疗可致患者Q\|T间期延长，使用利奈唑胺时应监测心电图。 关键词：利奈唑胺;Q\|T间期

Abstract: ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of different dose of Linezolid for QT prolongationMethodsBased on the dose,hospitalized patients with Linezolid in our hospital at the same time were divided into standard dose group(60 cases) and supra\|therapeutic dose group(50 cases),12 lead ECG were underwent,the changes of the QT interval were observed60 healthy volunteers were in control groupResultsThe mean QT interval in standard\|dose group and supra\|therapeutic dose group were significantly higher than that in control group（P＜005); The difference of the mean QT interval in standard dose group and supra\|therapeutic dose group was no statistical significance（P＞005)ConclusionLinezolid can lead to prolong Q\|T intervalElectrocardiogram should be monitored when Linezolid used Key Words：Linezolid; Q\|T interval
