Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the difference in the clinical efficacy between paravertebral target\|injecting combined with three\|dimensional balance chiropractic and routine paravertebral target\|injecting on lumbar disc herniationMethodsThe multi\|central randomized controlled trial was adoptedSixty patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomized divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each groupIn the control group, the nerve roots were stimulated by 07 * 80mm TWLB type disposable syringe needle and inject drugsIn the observation group,three\|dimensional balance chiropractic was used based on the method in the control groupThe treatment was given once a week for 3 courses, curative effect was observed at the end of third courses of treatment, and the difference of curative effect and recurrence rate were observed at 3 months follow\|upResultsAfter 3 weeks of treatment and follow up,JOA scores were significantly improved in the two groups, the observation group increased more significantlyThe recurrence rate of the observation group were 933% and 117% respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group(716% and 25%),and the difference was significant(bothP<005)ConclusionThe treatments in two groups for lumbar disc herniation have significant curative effects; the observation group is better than the control group, and not easy to relapse after the cur
