湖北省某中医院儿童呼吸道分离肺炎支原体及其耐药性*

摘要：

摘要：目的了解我院与西医院间患儿呼吸道分离肺炎支原体及其耐药的区别，探讨中医院预防和控制肺炎支原体感染中存在的问题，并提出有效的措施以供参考。方法对2013年1月~2015年12月我院住院患儿呼吸道标本进行分离培养、细菌鉴定和药敏分析，并收集个人资料。结果我院患儿肺炎支原体检出率显著低于国内西医院；女性患儿肺炎支原体的检出率显著高于男性；3岁以下患儿肺炎支原体的检出率明显多于3岁以上；肺炎支原体对依托红霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素、环丙沙星耐药率较高，对其他大环内酯类、喹诺酮类以及四环素类抗菌药物敏感率较高，对美满霉素敏感率最高。结论与西医院相比，我院患儿检出肺炎支原体较低，抗菌药物耐药率控制较好，后期应着重发挥祖国医学治疗手段在预防和控制医院感染中的作用，可将美满霉素作为首诊用抗菌药物。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo analyze the difference in detection and antimicrobial resistance of Mycoplasma pneumonia isolated from respiratory tract of children between traditional Chinese medicine hospital and western medicine hospital in Hubei province,investigate the problem of preventing and controlling the infection of Mycoplasma pneumonia and put forward effective measures for referenceMethodsThe respiratory specimens from hospitalized children in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were isolated,cultured,identified and drug sensitivity analyzedAnd personal data were collectedResultsThe detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital was significantly lower than that in western medicine hospital,which in female children was significantly higher than that in male,and in children under 3 years of age was significantly higher than that of 3 years oldThe drug resistant rate of erythromycin,roxithromycin,erythromycin,ciprofloxacin to Mycoplasma pneumonia was higherThe drug sensitivity rate of other macrolides,tetracyclines and quinolones was higher,and minocycline was the highestConclusionCompared with western medicine hospital,the detection of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children in our hospital is lower,the drug resistant rate of antibiotics is betterIn the late period,we should focus on the role of the Chinese medical treatment in the prevention and control of hospital infection,minocycline can be used as the first diagnostic use of antimicrobial agents
